Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a DevOps Security Engineer to join our remote-first team. You will integrate security as an automated part of the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring protection at every development and deployment stage.

You will embed security checks in CI/CD, define PaC policies, manage secrets, and work with cloud-native architectures to keep our infrastructure secure while delivering high-impact projects for global clients.

Qualifications

• Embed automated security checkpoints in CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop machine-readable security policies to enforce governance across cloud environments automatically.
• Implement robust secrets management and secure configuration standards for containers and IaC.
• Collaborate with engineering to architect secure infrastructure following IaC DevSecOps practices.
• Monitor and audit deployment workflows to identify vulnerabilities before production.

Responsibilities

• Embed automated security checks across CI/CD pipelines.
• Define PaC policies (OPA) for governance across cloud environments.
• Manage secrets and secure container configurations.
• Collaborate with engineering to secure IaC and cloud infrastructure.
• Monitor deployment workflows to detect and mitigate vulnerabilities pre-prod.
