Job summary

NTrepid LLC is seeking a DevOps Tech Lead to provide hands-on leadership and team management for a high-performing DevOps group. You will shape and deliver the infrastructure behind our flagship product, balancing technical contributions with people leadership.

The ideal candidate brings Ansible expertise with Molecule testing, proven DevOps leadership, and the ability to guide complex automation and deployment efforts with a focus on zero-downtime deployments.

Qualifications

US Citizenship is required.
Strong leadership experience in a DevOps environment.
Experience with Ansible and Molecule testing.
Hands-on scripting in Bash or Python.
Experience with Terraform, AWS deployments and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Lead infrastructure as code and release automation for core product and supporting components.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering technical and professional growth.
Partner with Product and Platform teams to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Collaborate with senior engineers to design scalable, secure, reliable solutions.
Contribute to the code base and participate in code reviews.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
Provide tier 3 production support as necessary.
Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and progress reporting.
