Fablelistik Editions is seeking an experienced, concept-driven Manager, Design & Marketing to lead bold, high-impact design across digital, social, and print applications. Reporting to the Art Director, the role collaborates with editorial, marketing, and the design team to develop campaigns, maintain brand guidelines, stage product photography, and create packaging and print collateral.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design or related field.
• Strong marketing design portfolio across digital, social and print.
• Minimum 2+ years in trade publishing or DTC e-commerce marketing design.

Responsibilities

• Design digital ads, newsletters, and promotional graphics.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure visual consistency.
• Stage and photograph materials for promo visuals and website.
• Create organic social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Produce print collateral, packaging, and shipper boxes.
• Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and art teams.
• Organize and maintain the design asset library.
• Contribute to look and feel decisions (illustration, typography, layout).
