Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Medical Director in Dermatology for a remote-based role in the United States. You will provide medical oversight for dermatology clinical studies, offer therapeutic input to customers, and lead project-specific training for teams and sites.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical oversight of assigned clinical studies as Medical Monitor.
• Provides therapeutic input and consultation to customers for assigned studies.
• Develops and delivers project-specific and therapeutic training to project team members and clinical site staff; provides training to customer staff as needed.
• Provides medical and therapeutic input to Study Start Up, Feasibility, and Subject Identification efforts; review of Informed Consent Templates and site feasibility evaluations.
• Responsible for protocol design and development, upon request, and input into protocol amendments.
• Provides medical input into data collection tools, monitoring plans, and review and analysis plans.
• Provides oversight to assigned Medical Scientist staff and Medical Director colleagues; presents trends and mitigation strategies to customers and project teams.
• Offers after-hours medical coverage for clinical studies.
• Provides input to clinical development or regulatory teams within the Company; may collaborate in pre-sales with internal stakeholders.
• May represent the Company at scientific meetings; adheres to policies and SOPs; maintains knowledge of FDA and worldwide regulations and ICH GCP.
