Job summary

T3 Global is seeking an experienced Derivatives Trader to join our team in a remote capacity. You will manage a trading portfolio, develop strategies, and make risk-based decisions across options, futures, and swaps.

Required is a minimum of five years in a similar role, a quantitative degree, and strong analytical and teamwork skills. Compensation is performance-based and applicants undergo background checks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in derivatives trading or prop/P&L role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and executes trading strategies in derivatives markets (options, futures, swaps).
• Conduct pre- and post-trade evaluations.
• Manage trading book risk within parameters and limits.
• Maintain understanding of market structures, liquidity, and regulatory changes.
• Stay informed on macro indicators, company news, and market-moving information.
• Collaborate with traders to share ideas and news.
• Monitor real-time trading systems for correct operation.
