Valpro is seeking a DeltaV Automation Engineer - Coder/Tester for a long-term contract to support a major pharmaceutical manufacturing automation project. You will develop, configure, test, and troubleshoot Emerson DeltaV Batch software in a GMP environment.

Anticipated Start: Early 2027 | Expected Duration: Through Q4 2027, with potential extension. This role offers remote opportunities and collaboration with cross-functional teams across process engineering, automation, validation, and system

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Hands-on Emerson DeltaV and DeltaV Batch experience.
• Pharmaceutical or regulated life sciences manufacturing experience.
• Working knowledge of ISA-88 / S88.
• GMP, validation, functional specification, and software testing experience.
• Experience with Good Documentation Practices and change verification.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and test DeltaV control modules, equipment modules, phases, recipes, and related configurations.
• Translate approved functional specifications into compliant DeltaV software.
• Prepare and execute software test cases; document results and defects.
• Troubleshoot software issues, implement approved corrections, and verify changes.
• Support Software Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Coordinate with process engineering, automation, validation, and system integration teams.
