Defense-technology company (name shared under NDA) is hiring a Program Manager to lead a two-year stand-up of three PNT product lines. The role requires coordinating with a manufacturing partner and a design-transfer contractor to converge milestones on schedule.

You will own the integrated master schedule, manage subcontractors, and maintain a live risk register. This is a remote role with travel to Las Vegas and Northern Virginia, part-time in scope, with security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of PM/Program Mgmt in defense engineering.
• Ownership of a DoD task order with IMS, CDRL and PWS deliverables.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and cross-contractor dependencies.
• Fluency with ECR/ECN and hardware configuration management.
• Hardware program experience; understands lead times and supply chain impact.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the two-year program stand-up across three PNT product lines.
• Own schedule, deliverables, subcontract coordination, and risk posture.
• Prepare and issue integrated master schedule and IMS ownership.
• Deliver monthly status reports by the 5th business day.
• Manage cross-contractor dependencies and escalation of risks.
