Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst in the Virginia area to deliver comprehensive intelligence products for defense clients. You will produce strategic assessments and briefings, drawing on all-source tradecraft to inform policy makers and program managers.

You will also mentor junior analysts, contribute to publication quality, and adapt to evolving requirements as part of a mission-focused team supporting national security objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source analysis experience, or 7+ years of all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Produce all-source analytic production on foreign defense industrial programs, infrastructure, and capabilities.
• Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic requirements for clients.
• Lead and mentor other analysts and share expertise to strengthen team capabilities.
• Support analysis, writing, and communication to deliver timely products for warfighters and decision-makers.
