Job summary

America First Credit Union is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager to grow the indirect loan portfolio within the Reno region. You will establish and nurture relationships with auto and RV dealerships, educate partners on AFCU's indirect lending programs, and coordinate with Marketing, Titles, and Collections to optimize funding.

Qualifications

• College degree in sales, business or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Understanding of dealership functions and credit union products.
• At least 4 years related experience at a Credit Union or similar financial institution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to resolve objections.

Responsibilities

• Educate dealer partners about indirect loan programs and encourage AFCU financing.
• Educate and train dealer staff; onboarding and program compliance with AFCU lending guidelines.
• Maintain dealer relationships and monitor portfolio performance; address issues with post-loan processes.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure funding and accurate record-keeping.
• Travel to dealer locations and host events as needed.
