Job summary

Lyra Health is seeking a licensed DBT Therapist to deliver individual DBT and group skills sessions via live video for adult clients in the US. The role includes assigning digital lessons, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with a supportive DBT team.

Applicants should hold an active NY or MA license, have formal DBT training, and experience with high-risk clients. Remote work within the US is supported, with ongoing supervision and trainings provided.

Qualifications

• Active NY or MA license with ability to work independently
• Formal didactic training in DBT with supervision/commercial training
• One year minimum experience in comprehensive DBT (individual and skills groups)
• DBT-LBC certification preferred but not required
• Experience with high-risk clients (suicidal ideation/self-injury)
• Willingness to obtain cross-licensing in additional states
• Telehealth therapy in virtual environments preferred
• Familiarity with Zoom/Video tools for therapy sessions

Responsibilities

• Provide individual DBT and DBT skills groups via live video to adult clients
• Assign DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions
• Collaborate with DBT team, attend weekly consultation meetings
• Co-lead DBT skills groups and participate in trainings
• Support clients from diverse backgrounds with culturally responsive care
• Work remotely within the US and maintain licensure requirements
