Job summary

Geisinger invites applications for a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our remote Neuroradiology team. This 100% remote position features a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern schedule with access to advanced neuroimaging and dedicated imaging support within a large academic health system.

Responsibilities include interpreting brain, spine, and head-and-neck MRI/CT studies, providing subspecialty neuroimaging coverage, and collaborating with a broad network of subspecialists.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Neuroradiology completed.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure.

Job Summary

Geisinger is seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our established Neuroradiology team. This 100% remote opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule, advanced neuroimaging resources, and collaboration within an integrated academic health system. This opportunity offers a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Physicians practice remotely with access to subspecialty colleagues and dedicated imaging support.

Clinical Practice

• Adult and pediatric neuroradiology case mix
• Interpret brain, spine, and head and neck MRI and CT examinations
• Provide subspecialty neuroimaging coverage across an integrated health system

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary of $450,000, commensurate with experience
• $90,000 starting bonus

• Malpractice coverage with tail coverage provided
• 15 days and $4,500 annual CME allowance

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in Neuroradiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Eligible for Pennsylvania and home-state medical licensure
• Commitment to high‑quality neuroradiology and collaborative remote practice
