Job summary

Radiology Partners Phoenix, located in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area, seeks a Board Eligible or Certified Acute Care Radiologist to join its team.

You will read all areas of diagnostic radiology with a focus on acute care including Level 1 & 2 Trauma, Stroke Center, and Heart Hospital, with shift flexibility (7/7 or 7/14, 8am–5pm AZ time) and access to RP proprietary AI tools. Compensation is highly competitive with strong base pay and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Arizona medical license.
• Board eligible or certified by ABR or AOCR.
• Neuroradiology interest is a plus.
• Fellows and residents may apply.

Responsibilities

• Read all areas of diagnostic radiology with a focus on acute care.
• Provide coverage for Level 1 & 2 trauma, stroke center, and heart hospital.
• Utilize RP proprietary AI tools (RecoMD Voice Recognition) to support practice.

Comfortable reading all areas of diagnostic radiology with a focus on acute care including Level 1 & 2 Trauma, Stroke Center, and Heart Hospital.

Shift Flexibility

7/7 or 7/14

8am–5pm (AZ time)

24/7 concierge facilitators manage communication and technical support.

Tech platforms: FUJI Synapse PACS, Synapse Worklist, RecoMD Voice Recognition (RP proprietary AI with best practice predictions).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desire to be a part of a cohesive team.

Physicians enjoy a highly competitive compensation package including strong base compensation, significant sign-on bonus, generous productivity bonus, and internal moonlighting opportunities with the potential for substantial additional income beyond the base salary.

Through our partnership with the Banner Hospital System and RP local practice affiliates we provide services to 13 hospitals and 25 outpatient imaging centers. DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Licensed or ability to obtain license in the State of Arizona
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $400,000-$700,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
