Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering enterprise data platforms.
• 5+ years defining enterprise data architecture and roadmaps.
• 5+ years building ETL/ELT pipelines and governance.
• Deep experience administering Databricks environments.
• 5+ years managing Databricks governance at scale.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering and operation of scalable enterprise data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership to Data Platform Engineering team and mentor engineers.
• Define and govern enterprise data platform architecture and long-term roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, data movement and governance capabilities.
• Administer and optimize Databricks environments, including Unity Catalog and security.
• Design cloud modernization strategies on Azure and Databricks platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capabilities with strategic goals.
• Oversee supporting analytics environments like SAS Viya and others.
