Job summary

BRMi is seeking a Technical Data Steward to support a large financial enterprise client. The role focuses on technical data management, governance, integrity, and quality of HR data assets for the HR Data Warehouse (Azure) and related platforms.

You will partner with HR business stewards, HR Data Analytics, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, secure, and usable for analytics and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM / PeopleSoft data in large environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure data platforms and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data governance, metadata, lineage and cataloging.

Responsibilities

• Govern enterprise HR data and enforce governance policies.
• Own technical data decisions for the Business Data Owner.
• Build data catalog with metadata and glossary.
• Lead data quality audits and remediation initiatives.
• Collaborate with security and HR teams on access controls.
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
