Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG) seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for data, ontology, and AI platforms across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Snowflake, and AWS. You will establish scalable standards, govern data foundations, and drive analytics and AI solutions with business-aligned roadmaps.

You will partner with technology and business leaders to define architecture standards, patterns, and roadmaps, enabling secure, governed, cost-effective data usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, data science, or related field.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture or related roles, with 5+ years in an enterprise/domain architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years of experience with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in data modeling, ontology/knowledge graphs, data mesh, and domain-driven design.
• Strong AWS/cloud-native, event-driven, API-based integration, high availability, and IaC.
• Architecture-level experience with Snowflake, Kafka/MSK, Spark, Bedrock, and SageMaker; Python/SQL fluency.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology and Palantir platform architecture for enterprise data and AI platforms.
• Define reference architectures and guardrails for Foundry and AIP capabilities.
• Establish integration of ontology with core systems of record and enterprise data platform.
• Define architecture for AI/GenAI/Agentic workflows with governance and Responsible AI controls.
• Set data architecture target state, data models, and data mesh/lakehouse patterns.
• Provide AWS data/AI patterns, security, resiliency, observability, and cost considerations.
• Lead architecture governance forums and translate strategy into a roadmap.
• Mentor solution architects and collaborate with Architecture, Eng, Product, Security, and Data governance teams.
