Job summary

West 4th Strategy seeks an experienced Data Scientist / Dashboard Developer to join the National Guard Child and Youth Program (NGCYP) as a Booz Allen Hamilton subcontractor. You will build Qlik Sense data models and dashboards to help leaders understand how services reach Guard families.

Responsibilities include creating visualizations, analyzing data for trends, and maintaining BI standards across the team. Remote, full-time, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, Spark, and Pandas.
• Proficiency in Qlik, Tableau.
• Detail oriented with high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve quality and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Builds Qlik Sense data models and dashboard visualization solutions.
• Creates data visualizations and dashboards to present insights for leaders.
• Analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Follows BI standards and stays updated with Qlik Sense enhancements.
• Ensures optimal end user performance through performance assessment processes.
• Supports design and development of data models with data integrity.
