Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology or related field.
• 1 year of experience in the position offered or related occupation.
• Experience with product analytics and event-level data; SQL/Python/Spark; statistics; data visualizations; A/B testing; causal inference.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse set of data projects and provide insights to inform data-driven decisions.
• Apply statistical rigor and transparency to Tubi’s decision-making processes.
• Refine recommendation models to elevate user experiences.
• Identify strategies to optimize experiences of new and returning users.
• Evaluate experimental designs, pre-test, in-flight monitoring, and post-analysis for graduation decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build pipelines and tools for business impact.
