Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, biostatistics, epidemiology, or related field with 2+ years experience.
• Demonstrated computational skills using R and SQL on large healthcare datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute HEOR and real-world evidence (RWE) projects with external partners.
• Represent the Outcomes Research function in study design, analysis, and publication.
• Apply epidemiologic and health economic methodologies to complex problems.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate research into clinically actionable insights.
• Stay current with RWE methods, including causal inference and pharmacoepidemiology.
• Build reusable analytical code, templates, and workflows to improve speed and quality.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements.
