Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Data Scientist Corporate to join a leader in Information Technology. You will lead quantitative work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence, partnering with business and technical teams to surface trends and translate analysis into action.

You will build reporting, support data-driven execution, and help teams focus on metrics that matter within a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional data science experience, with 2-3 years post-advanced degree.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, Master's degree preferred
• Strong expertise in statistical distributions and mathematical modeling
• Advanced skills in Python or R, and expert-level SQL proficiency
• Experience with panel data or transaction-level consumer data is a significant plus

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and deploy scalable optimization frameworks and distribution models
• Explore complex methodologies, weigh methodological trade-offs, and implement advanced statistical procedures
• Transition ad hoc code into standardized templates and logical libraries across teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to optimize performance and scale analytical workflows
• Support the transition of statistical calculations to production-grade cloud architectures
