Job summary

Great Gray Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Data Science & AI Team. The role focuses on building and deploying AI/ML solutions using Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and FastAPI.

You will work in an agile environment, drive model development, and contribute to production-ready data pipelines. Responsibilities include designing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI systems, plus exploring Azure AI Foundry and AWS Bedrock integrations to stay at the cutting edge.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and core data science stack: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, FastAPI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and cloud data querying (Azure, AWS).
• Experience building/deploying ML models and APIs, including model serving/monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and deploy ML models and data pipelines using Python and common libraries.
• Design, implement, and improve LLM-powered apps and RAG pipelines.
• Develop agentic AI systems for automation of complex workflows.
• Perform EDA to uncover trends and inform decisions.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Diagnose and resolve data/model issues to improve drift and efficiency.
• Ensure code quality, experiment tracking, and reproducibility.
