Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Data Scientist to unlock insights from large data sets across IoT, ML, and AI initiatives. You’ll lead data analysis, design predictive models, and develop data pipelines while collaborating with clients to turn complex data into strategic decisions.

You will guide teams, communicate at a strategic level, and contribute to projects spanning fraud detection, cancer research, and national intelligence. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining.
• 4+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience designing a data pipeline for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Experience developing predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources.
• Experience leading the development of solutions to complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of algorithms and data systems to translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand questions and needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Guide teammates and oversee end-to-end data pipelines and modeling efforts.
• Develop and communicate strategic recommendations based on data analyses and visualizations.
