Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an MBA or graduate student intern on the Automotive data analytics team to explore marketing analytics, data science and visualization. As part of the program, you will collaborate with data scientists, leverage Acxiom data and partnerships, and help build models and data-driven insights for precision marketing initiatives.

The internship begins January 11, 2027, with 20–25 hours/week during the semester and up to 40/week during breaks and summer, and an anticipated graduation

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Math) or related program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
• Basic to moderate SQL experience to model and identify patterns.

Responsibilities

• Leverage education and experience in data visualization to support data-driven storytelling initiatives across the tower focusing on GM as a first priority.
• Leverage Acxiom data and partnerships with brands to develop opportunities for high-value audiences and other models.
• Coordinate and prepare activities designed to build, test and perfect data solutions.
• Apply statistical modeling to improve performance and quality of existing products.
• Build, evaluate and optimize models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and insight goals.
• Define requirements including data sources and implementation with other data scientists and team leads.
• Work with the account team to transition development projects to production systems.
