Alignerr is seeking a Data Science Expert – AI Content Specialist to challenge, evaluate, and improve cutting-edge AI models in a fully remote, asynchronous contract.

You will design complex data science problems, author ground-truth solutions, and audit AI-generated code to ensure rigor and reliability.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or PhD, communicate complex ideas clearly, and thrive in independent, deadline-driven work with 10–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related field.
• Strong foundations in supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, or big data technologies.
• Clear written communication of complex concepts.
• Precise and detail-oriented review of code, notation, and results.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in async environments.
• No prior AI annotation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced data science challenges spanning hyperparameter optimization and Bayesian inference.
• Author ground-truth solutions with Python/R scripts, SQL queries, and derivations.
• Audit AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model reasoning.
