Job summary

Neumo is seeking a detail-oriented indexing specialist for a fully remote role focused on verifying documents for multiple customer accounts. You will ensure on-time delivery and maintain high quality, with prerequisites including land records knowledge, proofreading, fast typing, and strong computer skills.

You will switch between different contracts, work with a team lead, and may assist with other tasks like QC and image tagging to support projects when indexing work is complete.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years' experience indexing land records or comparable skillset required.
• Knowledge of land records and ability to interpret legal documents for indexing.
• Excellent written communication and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Index or verify documents efficiently and accurately, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Switch between various customer contracts without guidelines mix-ups.
• Coordinate with team lead/manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Perform additional duties such as document QC and image tagging as needed.
