Job summary

SIKKY MANUFACTURING is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to accurately input and manage large volumes of data. You will collaborate with sales and production teams in a full-time, remote role that offers growth opportunities and a robust benefits package.

Responsibilities include entering data with high accuracy, verifying discrepancies, maintaining databases, generating reports, and upholding confidentiality in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into our systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and correct any data discrepancies
• Maintain and update databases with new information
• Generate reports and analyze data for accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
• Identify and suggest improvements to data management processes
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Other administrative tasks as needed
