Qualifications

• Years of experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, database management, or records administration.
• Proven accuracy with large datasets and ability to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting errors.
• High typing speed and ability to process structured and unstructured data quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and AI-generated data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency.
• Simulate data entry tasks to test handling of messy inputs and edge cases.
• Audit AI-generated datasets for errors in categorisation, labelling, or field mapping.
• Annotation & Labelling: tag and classify data samples to help AI models learn correct data structures.
• Quality Assurance: compare AI outputs against established data-entry standards.
