Job summary

Frontier AI Lab is seeking a Data Entry Keyer for a remote contractor role on a cutting-edge AI benchmark project. You will design evaluation tasks, assemble large datasets (CSV, PDF, spreadsheets), and define exact error cases and reconciliation rules for AI training.

Strong written English, meticulous attention to data quality, and the ability to work independently in a distributed team are essential. Prior AI experience is not required; domain expertise in data entry and validation matters

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, QA, or data validation in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to achieve high accuracy with measurable results.
• Strong focus on detecting formatting irregularities and data integrity.
• Excellent written English for drafting evaluation tasks and rubrics.
• Comfort working independently in remote, distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce expert-level evaluation tasks for AI data entry.
• Construct and curate large datasets (CSV, PDFs, spreadsheets) with realistic errors.
• Define the correct final state for each task and reconciliation requirements.
• Author detailed grading rubrics (35+ criteria) for assessment of AI outputs.
• Ensure tasks reflect standards of regulated or audit-sensitive environments.
• Collaborate asynchronously to refine evaluation materials.
