Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a remote role based in the Greater Sacramento, CA area. You will accurately enter, review, and process information from source documents in a fast-paced environment while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of data entry experience, with a minimum speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of data entry, administrative, clerical, or related experience.
• Ability to perform data entry at a minimum speed of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and accurately process high volumes of information.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet productivity expectations and deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation.
