Responsibilities

• Monitor an email inbox for submission of SIRS. SIRS may also be submitted by mail and scanned for filing.
• Combine submitted SIRS with the corresponding online form submission.
• Verify that data on the SIRS and form matches condominium registration on file.
• Save the combined document in the appropriate place when verified.
• Escalate incorrect information to Department staff for correction.
• Review condominiums registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation that are not listed as recorded with their county.
• Reach out to counties to gather the list of recorded condominiums from public sites or direct contact.
• Update Department staff after cross checking Department and County lists.
• Work with staff to correct condominium filing information.
