Job summary

Metasys Technologies/NVISH is seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and enhance cloud-based data platforms supporting analytics, reporting, and operational needs. The ideal candidate will leverage deep Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric expertise, with strong data warehouse, ETL/ELT development, and experience integrating NetSuite data into analytics-ready warehouses.

Qualifications

5+ years of data engineering or related technical discipline.
Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
Strong Python development and SQL skills; ETL/ELT pipelines experience.
Experience integrating data from ERP/financial systems (NetSuite preferred).
Knowledge of data warehouse, lakehouse, and medallion architectures.

Responsibilities

Design scalable cloud data platforms including data warehouses, lakes, and lakehouses.
Build and maintain production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
Integrate data from ERP, financial systems, APIs, and databases.
Develop logical, physical, and dimensional data models for analytics.
Implement Fabric solutions with Data Factory, Lakehouse, OneLake, and Power BI integration.
Optimize Snowflake environments and data processing patterns.
Establish orchestration, monitoring, and observability for data workflows.
Build and support REST API data services and data exports.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and best practices.
