Job summary

You will collaborate with Product, QA and data owners to define data contracts and SLAs, implement Delta Lake features, and mentor junior engineers while advancing observability and deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Five years of related experience in data engineering positions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and platforms.
• Analyze requirements to design end-to-end data solutions including ingestion, transformation, modeling and serving layers.
• Lead complex ETL/ELT workflows optimizing performance, reliability and cost.
• Implement Delta Lake features such as schema enforcement, evolution and versioning.
• Collaborate with Product, QA and data owners to finalize data contracts and SLAs.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve pipeline observability and deployment.
