Resourcifi Inc. is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to join our remote analytics team and help keep the data platform reliable and current. You will work with a fellow Staff Data Engineer to own scoped projects from fixing ETL issues to updating dashboards, delivering work with minimal oversight.

The role rewards fast context absorption, independent problem solving, and delivering maintainable solutions. This fully remote position aligns with Pacific time via a fixed 2 PM–11 PM IST window.

Formación

• 3–6 years in data engineering or closely related role.
• Python and advanced SQL proficiency.
• Hands-on with Fivetran, dbt, Airflow.
• Experience with Snowflake or equivalent data warehouse.
• Experience with AWS data services (Lambda, S3, Glue, EMR, Redshift, Athena).
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor upstream schemas and update pipelines and transformations as needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix ETL/ELT jobs across Fivetran, Airflow and dbt when data issues occur.
• Improve and debug SQL behind Superset dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and analytics contacts to resolve data quality issues.
• Document changes, fixes and improvements for future engineers.
• Identify opportunities to improve pipeline performance, reliability, and automation.
