Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years as a Data Architect or in a similar role, focusing on data strategy, system integration, and application data management.
• Experience with data modeling, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and data lakes.

Responsibilities

• Develop a forward-thinking data strategy that aligns with business goals and leverages existing data to provide meaningful insights.
• Design a scalable and robust data architecture that integrates data from various systems, ensuring efficient data storage, access, and usage.
• Lead the integration of data from multiple sources, including cloud-based and on-premises systems, to create a unified data ecosystem.
• Establish and maintain best practices for data management, security, privacy, and compliance, ensuring the data infrastructure meets regulatory and organizational standards.
• Develop and optimize data models (logical, physical, and conceptual) to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs.
• Design and oversee the development of data pipelines, ensuring high-quality data movement, transformation, and processing.
• Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and technical teams to ensure the data architecture supports business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, platforms, and technologies for data storage, integration, analytics, and visualization.
• Implement processes to ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity, addressing issues related to data redundancy, inconsistencies, and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor industry trends and evolving technologies, continuously refining the data architecture and strategy to enhance capabilities.
