Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP systems and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive and self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data‑driven recommendations
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy
• Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems
• Communicate complex data and analysis in a clear and concise manner to non‑technical stakeholders
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data analytics
