Job summary

Wavicle Data Solutions is seeking an Engagement Manager to own P&L across accounts and build strong client relationships with IT and business leaders. You will ensure projects finish on time and budget while advising executives on how data & analytics can drive business outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years delivering data solutions, cloud experience (AWS/Azure), and a track record of $2–4M annual invoiced revenue. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering Data & Analytic solutions (cloud migration, data warehouse, data lake).
• Experience as Engagement/Program/Lead with a strategy/management consulting firm.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics implementations (AWS/Azure).
• Experience with C-level executives and as a trusted advisor.
• Proven track record hitting $2-4M invoiced revenue annually via accounts.
• Skilled in crafting and delivering strong client proposals.
• Experience negotiating MSA/SOW with client leadership and legal teams.
• Proven ability to build high-performance delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: manage client expectations and regular feedback; set 1:1 cadence with stakeholders; meet timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure quality results to grow the client portfolio; communicate effectively with clients and team.
• Oversee daily operations and motivate the team to improve engagement and outcomes.
• Account & Strategic Development: identify business needs; define audience; build growth strategy.
• Develop compelling proposals and SOWs; assess risks; conduct research and stakeholder surveys.
