Data Ideology is seeking a Data Analyst (Contract) to organize and manage deliverables in a data warehouse consolidation and BI project, collaborating with business and technical teams to understand objectives and ensure requirements are fulfilled throughout the analytics lifecycle.

The role emphasizes data analysis, ETL, quality assurance, problem solving, and clear documentation, with remote work from home and standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or computer science related field preferred, but not necessary.
• 2+ years' experience with any programming language (SQL, PLSQL, R, Python, etc)
• 2+ years' experience in data analytics on any data warehouse (Oracle, SQL, Snowflake)
• Healthcare experience a plus
• Agile/SAFe experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth analysis using the data warehouse to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Data Extraction and Transformation: Assist with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
• Quality Assurance and Testing: Perform data validation and testing to ensure the highest possible data quality.
• Problem Solving: Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and suggest solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT and business stakeholders to align on goals and deliverables.
• Documentation: Accurately document data mappings and definitions and outline standard processes.
