Qualifications

• At least one year of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing environment.
• Familiarity with USPS requirements and/or regulations.
• Experience with MS Excel and MS Access.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports using Winsort and Msort programs.
• Oversee quality functions at command center.
• Maintain communication between team members.

Skills

Ability to read, understand and follow instructions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail

Education

Minimum of one year experience in production or mailing industry

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access

Basic knowledge of MS Word, internet and e-mail
