Job summary

RTX is seeking a Data & AI Change Manager for Raytheon DT’s Data, Analytics, and AI team. You will deliver comprehensive change management plans, training, communications, sponsorship, and measurable outcomes to ensure successful adoption of Raytheon data and AI products and services.

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the successful candidate will be highly collaborative, technically savvy, and passionate about using AI to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with relevant experience in change management.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide changes in digital tech and data platforms.
• Experience enabling large-scale change adoption across organizations.
• Ability to produce actionable deliverables for the five change management levers.

Responsibilities

• Direct change management activities with leadership collaboration.
• Communicate goals aligned to organizational objectives.
• Align resources to organizational needs and drive change capability.
• Develop training, communications and sponsorship plans.
• Create enterprise change strategy with structured methodologies.
• Conduct impact analysis and address readiness.
• Define, measure and report change success metrics.
• Support senior leaders as change sponsors and mentor teams.
