Job summary

Teleion Consulting LLC. is seeking an Intermediate Data Administrator to join our team. The role focuses on data entry, updating workflows, and reconciliations across datasets to support analytics for a large facilities team.

You will work cross-functionally, maintain high accuracy, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in data administration, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and experience with data definitions, workflows, and status

Qualifications

3-5 years of data entry or data administration with accuracy.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Document data definitions, procedures, and workflows.
Experience in project coordination & status reporting.
Manage multiple tasks effectively even when working with competing priorities and multiple teams while maintaining speed, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
Intermediate skills across MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word.

Responsibilities

Follow direction to enter data, update workflows, and perform reconciliation across complex data sets.
Maintain cross-functional relationships across operations, analytics, and vendor/supplier performance teams.
Work on multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality.
Update process documentation to reflect operational changes.
