Position Overview

As a Cybersecurity Policy Manager, you’ll take ownership of policy creation, refinement, and oversight to ensure compliance, protection, and alignment with our inclusive values. Core Responsibilities

• Policy Development & Implementation
  • Develop and continuously refine information protection policies tailored to diverse global teams
  • Ensure all documentation is accessible, jargon‑free, and easy to implement
  • Align internal policies with frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Work with compliance and legal partners to anticipate regulatory changes and requirements
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead policy‑related collaboration between IT, Legal, Product, HR, and Executive Leadership
  • Advocate for enterprise security best practices across technical and non‑technical departments
  • Host virtual workshops, educational campaigns, and onboarding briefings

• Risk Management & Compliance
  • Conduct internal audits to assess policy effectiveness and adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related discipline
• At least 6 years of hands‑on infosec experience, including 3+ years in governance, risk, or compliance roles

Technical & Soft Skills

• Deep knowledge of information assurance standards and control frameworks
• Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate security protocols to diverse teams
• Excellent interpersonal skills, especially in remote collaboration environments
• Cross‑cultural competence and a passion for accessible, inclusive communication

Preferred Certifications CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP/US, or equivalent certifications reflecting security leadership capabilities
