Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC AI & Process Automation Engineer for a remote 3-month contract. The role focuses on designing and implementing automated workflows to enhance GRC processes, with emphasis on RCSA, control management, and evidence tracking.

Collaboration with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and control owners is essential. The ideal candidate will apply AI and Generative AI to analyze evidence, identify gaps, and support risk teams throughout the assessment

Qualifications

Experience in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance.
Experience designing and implementing automated workflows to streamline risk, compliance, and control processes.
English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities

Drive automation initiatives across Cybersecurity GRC, with an initial focus on RCSA and control management processes.
Design and implement automated workflows for evidence collection, organization, validation, and tracking across teams and systems.
Reduce manual effort in RCSA activities including evidence requests, follow-ups, status tracking, and reporting.
Establish centralized tracking and workflow capabilities for visibility into evidence status, ownership, dates, exceptions, and remediation.
Leverage AI and Generative AI to support evidence analysis and summarize control information.
