Job summary

Quantum Sky is seeking a Cybersecurity DevSecOps Engineer to design, build, automate, and operate advanced cybersecurity infrastructure supporting SOC missions. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, software development, and SOC operations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SOC experience and has built secure, automated cloud infrastructure using modern DevSecOps practices.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in cybersecurity engineering and DevSecOps.
• Experience supporting SOC operations or SOC-like environments.
• 3+ years in cloud-based IaC and GitOps with secure CI/CD.
• Hands-on with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience coding or scripting in modern languages.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and operate cybersecurity infrastructure for SOC.
• Apply DevSecOps principles to security infrastructure and workflows.
• Build secure infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design, implement, and maintain GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and operate secure cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Develop automation to improve SOC analyst workflows and incident response.
• Integrate software, APIs, and automation to support missions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to accelerate engineering and deployment.
• Establish engineering standards and DevSecOps best practices.
• Provide technical leadership across cybersecurity and cloud initiatives.
