UnityTec is seeking a Cyber Threat Analyst to join our team. This fully remote role focuses on monitoring, hunting for, and neutralizing sophisticated cyber threats using advanced SIEM tools and OSINT, while hardening perimeter defenses and sustaining critical cybersecurity applications.

Responsibilities include 24x7 threat monitoring, incident response, advanced threat hunting, CTI, and defense-in-depth sustainment. Must be a U.S.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Two+ years performing root cause analysis of cybersecurity events/incidents.
• Knowledge of security tools: Firewall, IDS/IPS, HVA, DLP, VM, Forensics, Malware Analysis, Device Hardening.
• Understanding of Defense-in-Depth and threat-hunting techniques.
• Ability to build scripts/tools to enhance threat detection (SPL, Python, PowerShell).

Responsabilidades

• Continuous threat monitoring of the enterprise network using SIEM and security tools.
• Lead incident response actions to protect, mitigate vulnerabilities, and respond to alerts.
• Advanced threat hunting and log analysis to identify APTs and stealthy attacks.
• Leverage CTI/OSINT for situational awareness and adversary tactics.
• Support security engineering and defense-in-depth signatures to reduce attack surface.
