Qualifications

• 8–10 years total experience in cybersecurity risk and resilience consulting.
• Experience conducting cybersecurity and technology risk assessments across systems, digital services, cloud environments, and tech projects.
• Hands-on experience managing risk registers and the full risk lifecycle, including assessment, treatment, acceptance, exceptions, and monitoring.
• Experience developing and tracking risk treatment and remediation plans, including evaluation of control gaps and compensating controls.
• Ability to advise on risks related to infrastructure, cloud security, third parties, secure software development, and data protection.
• Experience developing or improving cybersecurity risk frameworks, methodologies, risk appetite statements, and KRIs.
• Knowledge of frameworks/regulations: NCA ECC, SAMA, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering Risk & Resilience engagements per methodologies, plans and timelines.
• Perform cybersecurity, technology, and enterprise risk assessments for customer systems, platforms and initiatives, including regulatory assessments like NCA compliance.
• Create, maintain and improve risk registers and track risks through identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring.
• Develop and report on risk treatment plans, mitigation initiatives and remediation activities for timely closure of risks.
• Coordinate risk acceptance and exception management, including impact assessments and approvals.
• Assess major technology changes, cloud deployments, digital transformations, and third‑party services to identify emerging risks and responses.
• Deliver risk advisory services across infrastructure, cloud security, cybersecurity controls, secure software development and data protection.
• Help maintain and improve the customer's cybersecurity risk management framework, standards and governance processes.
• Contribute to risk strategies, roadmaps, appetite statements and mitigation priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Work with business, technology and project teams to provide actionable risk recommendations for informed decisions.
• Track KRIs, risk trends, threats and remediation actions for proactive risk management.
• Prepare and present risk reports, dashboards, and executive insights to stakeholders.
• Encourage a risk-aware culture through workshops and advisory sessions across business units.
• Ensure alignment with policies, regulatory requirements and standards including NCA ECC, SAMA, ISO 27001.
