ECI is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Risk Advisor to support clients across the United States, UK, EU, and Asia Pacific in strengthening cybersecurity postures within financial services and government sectors.

You will assess risk, implement security frameworks, and ensure regulatory compliance (NIST CSF, GDPR, ISO 27001). The role offers remote work with occasional travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or equivalent with 4+ years in information security or IT governance.
Experience conducting security assessments, audits, and risk analyses in financial services or government sectors.
Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks and global standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, COBIT).
Strong communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

Create trusted cybersecurity advisor relationship with clients across regions.
Develop and implement cybersecurity risk management strategies for financial services and government clients.
Advise on regulatory compliance and global standards like ISO 27001, NIST, CIS.
Conduct security assessments and gap analyses to identify weaknesses and plan remediation.
Collaborate with CISOs and IT leadership to align cybersecurity with business goals.
Stay current with evolving threats and regulatory updates across regions.
Support audits and document remediation activities.
Travel within the US up to 15% as required.
