Job summary

Iviry, LLC is seeking a self-directed Compliance (GRC) Manager / Technical Solutions Lead to own customer engagements across Iviry’s Compliance, MSP/MSSP, and Professional Services lines of business.

The role focuses on cybersecurity compliance engagements—assessment, remediation, readiness, and sustainment—with project management and hands-on technical execution support. Remote work with limited travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years delivering cybersecurity compliance or related services.
• Experience with MSP/MSSP or DIB engagements across NIST SP 800-171 and/or CMMC.
• Hands-on admin of Microsoft 365 stack including Entra ID, Intune, Defender.
• Strong customer-facing communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC engagements from assessment to sustainment.
• Develop SSPs, POA&Ms, control narratives, and evidence packages.
• Lead customer projects across Compliance, MSP/MSSP, and Professional Services.
• Coordinate resources, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver status updates.
