Job summary

Renaissance is seeking a Customer Success Manager II to lead a portfolio of district and school accounts, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and renewal across Georgia and beyond. You will partner with Sales, Support, and Education teams to deliver exceptional value and drive customer outcomes.

The role requires 2–3 years in CS, strong K-12 market knowledge, and a proven track record in strategic account management and negotiations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in Customer Success.
• Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape.
• Excellent CS strategy acumen with good business development and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business across assigned territories and drive adoption and renewal.
• Ensure customers are consistently delighted throughout their journey with Renaissance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Education teams to support customers and drive revenue growth.
