Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote Customer success / support operations Evaluator to review prompts and model outputs against our quality rubric. You will compare paired outputs, label edge cases, and provide structured feedback for retraining the models.

The role involves evaluating model responses, tagging issues, and contributing to calibration cycles. This is a contractor, remote position with US eligibility, offering hourly compensation between $80 and $120.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation or annotation experience on customer success / support operations evaluation or adjacent content.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause being applied.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to flag when a prompt itself is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer success / support operations evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
