TSI - Transworld Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for remote, work-from-home positions. Compensation is $15.00/hour with paid training and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401k with employer matching, paid time off and holidays.

In this role, you will assist customers with their accounts, document information in the client system, and explain account status and inquiries.

• Prior call center experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience navigating multiple systems/screens while speaking with customers.
• Active listening to understand the customers' needs.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Overview

Candidates hired for work-from-home positions will receive company-issued equipment. Additional details regarding equipment policies and procedures will be provided during the interview and onboarding process.

Work Location: Remote, Work from Home

Compensation: $15.00/hour

Paid Training Start Date: Monday, December 7, 2026

Training Hours: Monday thru Friday: 8am - 5pm EST

Hours of Operation (following training): Monday thru Friday: 10am - 9pm EST and Saturday: 7am - 5pm EST

In This Role, You Will:

For Remote Positions: The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

• Broadband internet connection (No DSL, or Dial Up)
• Hard wired connection required (no Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi hotspots)
• Speed Test Results: 100 mbps download, 100 mbps upload
