Work from a quiet home office with a Windows 11 PC, USB headset, and wired internet. The role offers 100% remote work, flexible schedules including evenings, and a starting pay range of $12–$15 per hour with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Quiet, professional home workspace.
• Windows 11 PC with 8 GB RAM (16 GB RAM preferred) (no Mac/Chromebook).
• USB headset & wired internet (not needed to apply, but required to start).

Responsibilities

• Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Help customers resolve basic questions and issues.
• Input data into client systems with accuracy.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
